Good afternoon Harringay Ward,

 

I am aware that there have been scam text messages sent to residents of the borough regarding the Winter Heating Allowance.

 

Advice relating to suspicious scam messages:

  • Do not click on any suspicious links
  • Avoid sharing personal information
  • Report anything suspicious to report@phishing.gov.uk
  • Forward messages to 7726

    • Please let us know if you would like any printed materials relating to preventing scams and fraud - we have a variety of crime prevention literature we can provide to residents/businesses on the ward.
